When booking directly (by email, phone or through our own website), an 6-8% discount is automatically applied compared to the same rate offered on other online booking portals.

Monday-Friday 6:30am to 10:00am // weekends 8:00am to 10:00am. Alternatively, packed breakfasts are also available.

Your room will be ready from 3:00 p.m. If you would like to check in earlier, please contact us in advance (charges may apply).

We kindly request that you check out by 12:00. If you would like to check out later, please contact us in advance (charges may apply).

A large number of parking spaces are available across the street, some of which are cordoned off and under video surveillance. Spaces are also available for trucks and buses for up to 40 tons (please contact us in advance).

Please use our website to request information on our seminar and conference packages. We no longer offer full-board packages or dinner. Thank you for your understanding.

Four-legged friends are welcome. The surcharge is € 12.00 to 15.00 per night, depending on the size and breed of the dog. You are free to use the large meadow next to the parking lot for the duration of your stay.

For hotel guests only: Two e-scooters are available to rent free of charge. Please contact the reception staff.

During the Christmas season, we will continue to offer goose as takeaway from November onward.

Hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request at the reception.

Two free public WiFi networks throughout the entire building (no password required).

A total of nine key boxed are available for late arrivals after 7:00 p.m. or for check-ins on Sundays and holidays. You will receive the code by email or phone before arrival.

Reception hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The reception is not staffed on Sundays and holidays.
